help@packmate.shop — every question, bug report, or feature request lands here. Include your shop domain so we can scope the issue quickly.

Support tiers

  • Free / Basic: Email Support — we read every message and reply as we work through the queue.
  • Pro: Priority Support — your tickets are prioritised over Free / Basic.
  • Premium: Premium Support — top of the queue, with direct founder access for product-shaping feedback.
  • Custom (Talk to us): individually negotiated, including dedicated Customer Success Manager.

Status

If something looks broken, check the app's diagnose_setup MCP tool or hit the API health endpoint at api.packmate.shop/health. We post incidents in the app dashboard banner.
