PackMate generates DHL parcel labels using your existing DHL Geschäftskunden account. We integrate; you ship.
DHL access requires a DHL business account (Geschäftskunden). Private DHL accounts cannot be used.
Setup
- Open DHL settings in PackMate.
- Enter your EKP number, billing number, API user, API password, and API key (from the DHL developer portal).
- Set your sender address (required on every label).
- Click Test connection. A successful test confirms DHL accepts your credentials.
Generating a label
- Run a pack plan for a Shopify order.
- Click Generate DHL label. PackMate uses the box and weight from the pack plan, plus the customer's shipping address from Shopify.
- Download the PDF label and attach it to the parcel.
Security
DHL credentials are encrypted at rest. We never see or store them in clear text. You can disconnect at any time via the DHL settings page — disconnection deletes the encrypted credentials immediately.
