Your shop data stays yours. PackMate processes only what is needed to calculate pack plans and run paid features.
What we store
- Shop domain and Shopify store metadata
- Product titles, dimensions, weight, fragility flags
- Box configurations
- Order line items (only for orders you run pack plans for) — never customer payment data
- Pack-calculation history (for Pro analytics)
- Encrypted DHL credentials (only if you connect DHL)
Where we store it
On EU-based servers (Hetzner). The marketing website at packmate.shop is hosted via Vercel (USA), but no merchant data passes through Vercel.
How long we keep it
- Server logs: 30 days.
- Pack calculations retained per plan: 7 days (Free), 90 days (Basic), 365 days (Pro), 3 years (Premium). Custom plans negotiate individual windows.
- After uninstall: all data deleted within 30 days (Shopify-mandated grace period). Faster on request.

Email help@packmate.shop for any of: data export, immediate deletion, correction, processing restriction. We respond within 30 days. Full details in the Privacy Policy.
